Break the Vicious Cycle

I designed a printed infographic for a university brief that highlights the alarming and often brutal treatment of lions, such as poaching, habitat loss, and exploitation in tourism. The front design opens in the middle to reveal the information, creating a powerful visual contrast between the majesty of these animals and the grave danger they face. The project titled ‘Discovery’ aimed to explore our individual visual languages while also pinpointing a commercial space suitable for our work. This would let us reflect on how our illustrations could work within the creative industries. We were provided with a selection of quotes from various books to choose from for inspiration, along with a contemporary issue to address.
